SRWC Summer Wellness Program

Description

Calling all alumni, staff and faculty, start your summer off right with the Summer Wellness Program at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC)! Use the SRWC 25 times from June 1 to Aug. 25 to qualify for a finisher prize. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to win prizes through a drawing, including the chance to secure a free annual membership to the SRWC!

To sign up, simply visit the front desk at the SRWC. However, here are a few rules to follow:

  • You may only claim up to 5 points a week (Sunday through Saturday).
  • You may only claim 1 point a day after completing a workout.
  • To claim a point, ensure your workout or wellness-related activity lasts at least 30 minutes.
  • Have fun!

Winners will be selected after the conclusion of the challenge and notified by email between Aug. 26 and Aug. 30. For sign-ups, point redemption and additional information, please visit the SRWC front desk.

Double check your points using the SRWC GO portal!

Here's how:

  1. Visit the SRWC GO portal.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Navigate to 'Multi-Visit Passes' on the left-hand side of your screen.
  4. Check your progress!
