The semester is nearly over but before the ship sails, be sure to take advantage of the free Finals Week activities brought to you by ASI Beach Pride Events and the University Student Union!
You can count on free snacks such as fresh fruit, granola bars, donuts, muffins, crackers, cup of noodles, hot tea and most importantly, freshly brewed coffee from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. There will be a station set up in the USU Info & Ticket Center lobby and the SRWC Entry Plaza Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
“Students should come by for 10-15 minutes to take a break from finals and make a craft,” suggested Jonathan Ibarra, fourth year liberal studies major and Beach Pride Events Programs Assistant. “They can go back to studying, take a final, then come back and do another craft! We have so much to offer and we’ll be here all week.”
This semester’s crafts include painting, bracelets, sun catchers, dolphin keychains and back by popular demand, sand art!
“We’re excited because our selection of crafts are all what students want and suggested!” said Ibarra.
