Everyone’s favorite tailgate is here! Homecoming 2017 will kick off basketball season at the Beach with a party you won’t want to miss.
While checking out food trucks and henna and caricature artists, students can win free T-shirts and enjoy activities like poster and bandana making. Free to students, the festivities will take place in Parking Lot 13 on November 4 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
LBSU will be tipping-off against CSU Dominguez Hills at 4 p.m. The basketball game is free for students with ID. And as always, Long Beach State Homecoming royalty will be crowned during the halftime show.
For decades, homecoming has acted as a staple public event that brings together the campus and general Long Beach community for a festive celebration. It is brought to you by ASI Beach Pride Events, LBSU Athletics, CSULB Alumni Relations. If you missed last year’s event you can check out this video.
