Relax to the sound of music! Join the Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC) for our soul-enriching Sound Bath Meditation! Experience an ensemble of harmonious instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, wind chimes and more on Oct. 24 and Nov. 29 from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Speaker's Platform (in front of the University Bookstore)! Bring your own yoga mat and allow the comforting sound waves to guide you to total serenity as you elevate your mind, body and spirit. Seating is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis - so make sure you don't miss out!
