College is the time to explore and discover new parts of yourself! With that, however, comes a new level of adulting that no one has prepared you for. From budgeting and bills to living on your own, who knew adulting could be so hard?! Well have no fear, because Beach Pride Events (BPE) is here! Join us throughout the semester at Adulting 101 - expert-led workshops that will teach you all there is to know about adulthood. With guest speakers, FREE snacks AND FREE giveaways, this event series will help you learn and develop a wide range of skills from travel and festival safety to camping basics, that will help prepare you for life during and after college.

Adulting 101: Intro to Travel

Learn from guest speakers and travel agency professionals as they teach all about booking flights, applying for passports, booking hotels and more! Become a travel pro before your next excursion!

Adulting 101: Camping Basics

Partnering with the Student Wellness & Recreation Center's (SRWC) Rock and Outdoor Adventure (ROA) department, learn how to properly use, set up and stow all camping equipment. Perfect for first-time campers!
