ASI Beach Pride Events presents Anime Night! And what better way to celebrate all things anime than with Japan's iconic studio, Studio Ghibli?! Gather your pals to watch "Ponyo" Nov. 28 in the USU Beach Auditorium. The event kicks off with check-in at 6:30 p.m., followed by the movie screening starting at 7:30 p.m. Exclusively for current Long Beach State University (LBSU) students, admission is FREE with no sign-ups required!

Seating is limited and is first-come, first-served, so arrive early to secure your spot! Free snacks will be served while supplies last, along with FREE stickers at our sticker table! And who knows, you might get the chance to win FREE prizes at the end including Studio Ghibli merch and more!

"Ponyo"
"Ponyo" tells the enchanting tale of spirited goldfish name Ponyo, who defies the law of nature to become human. On her journey, she forges an unbreakable bond with a boy name Sosuke, however, their friendship is put to the test when nature strives to redeem order. Their remarkable journey is a great reminder of enduring strength, love and the resilience of friendship in the face of adversity.
