Sustain U has partnered up with Long Beach State University's (LBSU) campus police to bring you Meatless Monday! Join us April 22, from 3 to 4 p.m., at the ASI Beach Kitchen for an immersive culinary experience where you'll learn how to create a vegan-inspired meal from our very own LBSU police officers. But wait, there's more! All participants will have the chance to win enticing prizes as they embark on this flavorful journey. Secure your spot when you RSVP at Events & Orgs.
