Description

Beach Pride Events (BPE) is proud to present Week of Welcome (WoW) at Long Beach State University (LBSU)! Every semester, WoW helps students make connections, join clubs and organizations, learn about university resources and so much more.

Week of Welcome - Tabling Fair

WoW will host student organizations and campus departments grouped into different categories for you to browse. This event was created so students can get involved on campus!

Interested in joining a student org? You can walk around and meet members of various student organizations and learn about membership opportunities.

Want to find out about on-campus resources and department services? Visit many departments to learn about how they support you personally, professionally and academically!

Just want to know what’s happening on campus? Learn about all the events, socials, activities and more that all these groups put on for you.

Student attendees do not need to register ahead of time and can participate at any time during the event.

REC FEST

Student Recreation and Wellness Center Entry Plaza

Come visit the Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC) as we celebrate everything REC! Start this year on a high note and join us for carnival games, food, music, prizes and fun-filled activities. Don't miss out on our henna tattoo artist, caricature artists, photo booth, eye-catching balloon creations and more!

Let loose, try something new and get in on the FREE FOOD like cotton candy, popcorn, ice cream and much more. Did we also mention that we have special prizes? You won't want to miss out on this event Sept. 6 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the SRWC Entry Plaza!
