Long Beach, Calif. - March 26, 2015 - CSULB students voted 52.55% to elect Jose Salazar as their next ASI President. Board of Elections Officer Nicole Estanol was pleased by the voter turnout. "Over 12 percent of the student body voted, which is an amazing result for a run-off election and it was even higher than the general election."
The student government run-off election for the Associated Students took place Monday, March 23 through Wednesday, March 25 with a voter turnout of 4,527 students; 12.8% of the student population.
