Moves in the USU
With the upcoming school year fast-approaching, the University Student Union (USU) has moved around some popular offices and resource centers! To stay up to date, make sure to acquaint yourself with these moves below:
- The Center for Scholarship Information, the official hub for scholarship information at CSULB, moved from the USU courtyard to USU-218, located in the main hallway opposite to Student Life and Development (SLD). You can find information on hundreds of campus-related and external scholarships here!
- The Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) has moved from the third floor of the USU to USU-224, located in the main hallway opposite to SLD. Here, you can access a multitude of diversity workshops, training, presentations and more.
- Sustain U is a committee which recommends various sustainability initiatives in the USU—including hydration stations, recycling bins and waste hub locations. They will now be located in USU-213, across from the Candy Corner to handle all your sustainability questions, efforts and ideas!
- The Conference & Events Center has moved just around the corner to USU-232 A-D, ready to continue providing facilities and services for your student organizations and on-campus events.
- ASI Human Resources is the hub for all job opportunities within ASI, and is now located in USU-223, 225 & 227—just steps away from its previous location.
