TAP fee changes began on Aug. 9, 2019, and though going from $5 to $40 can be difficulty, parking has provided an easy and convenient Hardship Fee Waiver option. Check out this info provided by CSULB Parking and Transportation Services!
The TAP Hardship Fee Waiver for Long Beach Transit was created to ensure that CSULB transportation services remain inclusive to all students. Eligible students will receive a $40 transportation fee waiver for unlimited TAP services during the current fall semester. For more information, please visit TAP Hardship Fee Waiver.

Students who are currently enrolled or faculty/staff members that are actively employed by the university qualify for the program. Direct bus routes to CSULB campus include the 45, 46, 91, 92, 93, 94, 96, 121, 171, 173. You can plan your trip by using http://ridelbt.com/
