Looking for a way to celebrate the holidays while staying close to Long Beach? Lucky for you, our city is home to a wide range of events that span the entire season, and ASI is here to give you the details.

  • Queen Mary Christmas and New Year’s
    All December long, the Queen Mary will be decked out to create the perfect holiday atmosphere. This Christmas celebration will include a wide array of holiday entertainment set in the extravagantly decorated halls of the historic cruise-liner. Enjoy shows, ice-skating, affordable dining and much more at this yearly holiday celebration. Click here for more information.   • Charlie Brown Christmas at the Carpenter Center
    The holiday season be sure to check out jazz pianist David Benoit’s Charlie Brown Christmas performance on Saturday, Dec. 15. Listen to your favorite Christmas tunes performed by the five-time Grammy nominee with special appearances by the All-American Boys Chorus, conveniently located at the Carpenter Center on lower campus. This performance is sure to bring out the spirit of the holiday season as these classic Christmas tunes are brought to life! For more details, click here.

  • New Year’s Eve at the Waterfront
    Need another reason to check out Downtown Long Beach? The Downtown Long Beach Alliance has you covered. Rainbow Harbor will once again be hosting a New Year’s Eve celebration, complete with an East Coast countdown and a spectacular display of fireworks.   • Bixby Knolls Holiday Part
    On Dec. 13, the Bixby Knolls Business Improvement Association will be hosting a grand holiday party filled with great food, live music, and a variety of fun activities to partake in.
