Beach Balance is excited to help you prepare for the semester with a relaxing evening of guided journaling, goal setting and stress reducing breathing techniques. Join us Sept. 18 from 4 to 6 p.m. to set your goals for the semester! Come by the SRWC East Lawn and learn how to care for your emotional health. Enjoy light refreshments while you expand your mind and destress. Registration is FREE and all supplies are included. All registered students will receive their own goal-setting journal to take home to continue their goal-setting journey!
Be sure to reserve your spot on Events & Orgs. If you signed up but are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation to allow other students the opportunity to attend.
Those who book a reservation will need to be at the SRWC East Lawn by 4:10 p.m., or your spot will be given to a student in the stand-by line.
