The third-floor houses Student Government, the Robert C. Maxson Student Organization Center, Guardian Scholars, USU Beach Balance, Reflection Room, Project Ocean, an All-Gender Restroom, Footwashing Station, the Lois J. Swanson Leadership Resource Center as well as many meeting rooms and terraces where events are hosted.
