Participants will learn the step-by-step process for making delicious Lettuce Wraps, including identifying the necessary kitchen tools and appliances. By the end of the session, they will feel confident replicating the recipe in their own kitchens and sharing it with others. Additionally, participants will understand the nutritional value of lettuce and know where to access free campus resources for food support.
