Description

Midterm season can be challenging and stressful, and we want to remind you that taking care of yourself is just as important as preparing for exams. Your mental, emotional and physical well-being plays a crucial role in your student success.

ASI Student Government is here to support you through this stressful time through the Strength from Within: A Journey to Wellness initiative from April 8 to 10. Over these three days, we will be offering a variety of relaxing activities designed to help you recharge and refocus, so you can take a break from the grind and rejuvenate your mind and body.

At various times and locations across campus, we’ll provide a range of wellness-focused activities from yoga mindfulness sessions, to stress-relief workshops and social events.

We hope to see you there, and don’t forget to take time for yourself—you’ve earned it!
