Description

ASI is here to help you get through finals week! Join us for any of the following events:

Study at the University Student Union (USU) with extended hours in the West Wing:

Sunday, Dec. 11: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Monday, Dec. 12 to Friday, Dec. 16: 7 a.m. to 2 a.m.
Saturday, Dec. 17: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Games Center special:

Take a break to unwind at the Games Center! During finals week from 5 to 9 p.m., enjoy one free bowling game (with free shoe rental), 30 minutes of free billiards, and/or free video game rental at the Sticks Lounge.

Here is the full week breakdown of what will be offered each day:

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Billiards Special
  • Tuesday and Thursday: Bowling Special
  • Monday to Friday: Sticks Lounge Special

Activities and food giveaways:

Visit the Future U Concept Showcase in the University Dining Plaza (UDP) and the USU Center Courtyard each day of finals week for free entertainment and food. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., grab some donuts, fresh fruit, coffee or tea, and snacks. Join us for relaxing craft activities, massages, hennas and so much more! Hosted by the SRWC, come relax in our hammocks and enjoy a popsicle!

Also, don’t forget to visit the Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC) as well! We will be giving out free snacks from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and hosting the following activities:

Tuesday, Dec. 13: Henna from 4 to 6 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 14: Balloon Monsoon artist from 4 to 6 p.m.

Fall 2022 Graduates:

Are you graduating this fall 2022 semester? ASI has a gift for you!

Pick up a cooler bag at the USU Center Courtyard. Bags will be available starting Monday, Dec. 12 through Friday, Dec. 16 between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. while supplies last.

To claim your bag, bring your LBSU student ID and verification that you are a fall 2022 LBSU graduate.

    Verification options include:
  • The email with your name requesting you register to graduate this fall 2022 semester.
  • A picture of you in your LBSU Class of 2022 cap and gown
